Seven Seas Food Festival Part II

We hope you enjoyed Part I of this tour of the Seven Seas Food Festival at Seaworld San Antonio. In this, Part II, we will take you to the five remaining booths.

So far, there was nothing that we hated. We were happy with our selections from the first four booths so had high expectations as we continued.

Jamaica was our next stop and the kids were excited because we had never tried Jerk chicken or jerk anything before. The jerk chicken missed the mark. The rest of the things we ordered were much better, so we weren’t too disappointed.

Our day continued on to Greece and then Italy. We enjoyed the food very much at both places. We had originally planned on skipping Italy but after watching some other YouTubers…Shout out to Brian and Amanda…we, well I, decided to try the flatbreads there too. We are happy we did, they were very very good, especially the shrimp one.

On to France, where they had two kinds of savory and two kinds of sweet crepes. I love savory crepes, while Spud is all about the sweet. Monte Cristo was our choice as Panda does not do mushrooms. None of us do bananas…ewww… so the Chocolate Cherry Cream was the obvious choice. We were very happy campers. They were both extremely good and the dessert crepe turned out to be someone’s favorite.

The last booth was Mexico. The food there was good but nothing spectacular. We weren’t disappointed with anything there, some of the other places were much better.

There is a small booklet you can pick up from any of the booths that show all the menus and the map of where each booth is. If you take it with you to each stand and get a stamp from them, you will get a free dessert. We had finished ours so headed back to France for their creme brulee.

It was amazing! It was so good that we started to play the “what would we have given up to be able to eat five more of these” game. We actually did go get another that Panda and I split.

We ended our day back at Brazil for their desserts too. Altogether the kids and I split 23 dishes. Only one item was a duplicate. Not bad I think.

Would we go again? In a heartbeat. There are some things we tried that I would love to have again. Every year they bring out a few new dishes too. We didn’t try any of the drinks because they all had alcohol in them. The kids are underage and I can’t drink anymore. I wish they had offered at least a couple of non-alcoholic specialty drinks, maybe next year.

I know they hold the Seven Seas Food Festival in Orlando too. I believe theirs is around February. I don’t know if San Diego has their own.

Watch the video to see what the dishes looked like and what we thought about them. You will also see the rest of the menu and all the prices.

Have you been to the Seven Seas Food Festival? Do you agree with any of our reviews? What was your favorite?
